PKK leader arrested in Germany

A suspected leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, or PKK, has been arrested in Detmold in Germany.

The 47-year-old man is believed to have been involved with the German branch of the militant group until last month.

His arrest comes a few days after the release of three German citizens in Turkey who had been held hostage by members of the PKK.
